Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from LV Collection within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

• Customized or personalized items
• Products marked as final sale or clearance
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer

Refunds and Exchanges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
